My name is Monica Dehnert and I live in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.  I have been in the Real Estate business for 14 years and help distressed homeowners. I hold the CDPE Designation and am also NFSTI REO  Certified and REO certified through Harris Real Estate University. I have a talented team that is not afraid of challenges and is committed to getting the absolute best results for our clients. I am looking forward to forming new business relationships and making long lasting friendships. I am within comfortable driving distance to the following counties of NC: Henderson, Buncombe, and Polk.

Elana Flanigan List /Close Coordinator

Elana is a former client, who is originally from Indianapolis, IN and moved to our beautiful mountains in September 2010 from Richmond, VA with her husband and small daughter. Elana has an extensive background in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, accounting, statistics, researching new technology and tools to increase efficiency, there by eliminating downtime in a paperless environment as required. Elana provides updates on transaction status for all listings, offers and contracts with no surprises and coordinates CFK, Rekeys, Trash Outs, Necessary Repairs and Weekly Updates and Reports. Elana is a self-motivated professional, who works well independently and as part of the Alpha Omega Team.

Jerri McCombs, Web Designer and Virtual Assistant

Jerri comes to the Alpha Omega Team with an extensive Real Estate background, including training as a CDPE, working with Keller Williams, as well as Monica and her team over the last 5 years. By understanding the needs of sellers, Jerri markets listings for the team through the internet using the latest techniques and services available.
